Cailin Maherry is the owner and acting occupational therapist of this practice. She completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree at Stellenbosch University in 2023 and went on to complete her community service year in 2024 at Potchefstroom Hospital in the North West Province, where she gained valuable experience across a wide range of clinical areas.
Her clinical experience includes hand therapy and orthopaedics, neurological rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, and paediatric occupational therapy. Working with individuals across a wide range of conditions and stages of recovery has strengthened her appreciation for each person’s unique journey. She values building meaningful therapeutic relationships and enjoys the diversity that comes with treating a variety of conditions and working with clients across the lifespan.
Through a client-centred and compassionate approach, she strives to empower her clients to improve independence, participation, and overall quality of life through meaningful and functional occupational therapy intervention.
